Yes, but we also understand that you don’t have a lot of free time for “extra” projects. Research time is built into our curriculum so you will have dedicated time to develop an idea and see it through to completion.
Yes. After being promoted to PGY-2 year and applying for a license, residents are allowed to work outside of the organization for moonlighting pay if approved by the program director. These hours will count towards duty hours and cannot exceed ACGME requirements.
Yes! We accept international medical graduates. We are currently only accepting J-1 visas.
We accept current medical students from LCME accredited schools. You can learn more here. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer experiences to students from non-LCME schools or to students who have had already graduated from medical school.
